Every night at restaurants everywhere, before the doors open for service, line cooks and servers come together to enjoy the staff meal. Considered a labor of love, these meals are a chance for chefs to test new recipes, cook off the beaten path, and strut their stuff.

Join Heritage Radio Network and Leiti Hsu on Monday, March 30th, for a walk around tasting at All’onda as a group of our favorite chefs recreate their most beloved staff meal. 

Beverages are all-you-can-drink paired by Yana Volfson of Cosme. Proceeds benefit Heritage Radio Network.
