Baklava Apple Pie
THE Thanksgiving show-stopper.
Ingredients:
2 pillsbury dough
3 Honey crisp apples, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cardamom, ground
2 tbsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
1/2 cup honey
1 lemon zested + juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp corn starch
1 egg
Sesame seeds + brown sugar for garnish
