Everything Sumac Salmon
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 pounds salmon, cut into 4 to 6 filets
2 tablespoons sumac
¼ cup Edy’s Everything Seasoning (see page 000) or store-bought everything bagel seasoning
1 cup Spicy Tomato Jam (see page 000), optional
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and drizzle with olive oil.
Season the salmon filets with sumac and everything seasoning. Gently press to form a crust on the flesh. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through. Divide the salmon among plates and spoon over the tomato jam and garnish with parsley before serving.
