Tahini Caesar Salad

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

3 hearts of romaine, roughly chopped

2 cups sugar snap peas, sliced

8.8 ounce block halloumi, shredded 

1 ½ cups Tahini Caesar Dressing

1 cup Sesame Aleppo Bread Crumbs

Instructions 

Add the romaine, snap peas, halloumi, and dressing to a large bowl. Toss to combine and top with bread crumbs before serving.

Tahini Caesar Dressing

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup tahini

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup drained capers

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

Add the tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, capers, garlic, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of water to a blender. Blend on low for about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides as needed, until fully incorporated. Taste for seasoning and refrigerate in an airtight container.
