Fall Harvest Brown Paper Board™

If you head to the Farmer’s Markets now, you will notice all these gorgeous fall seasonal vegetables. So many kinds of squash, sweet potatoes, peppers, rainbow carrots, and more! This fall-inspired board is my way of saying goodbye to summer and welcoming a new season.

I focused a lot about keeping fresh produce during summer, but I wanted to roast a few vegetables to add more warmth and color to the board. A variety of roasted squash, cabbage, and peppers in the brown paper board shows the change of the season. Also, look at this cabbage bowl! You scoop the center and carve the space for the dip. It’s a great way to use this seasonal produce as a bowl.
