Fig Carpaccio

Fig season is my jam… Here’s a figgy twist on carpaccio!

Ingredients:

  1. 8 figs, peeled, cut in half

  2. 1 Pickled labneh ball, crumbled

  3. 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses

  4. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  5. 1 tbsp pistachio chopped

  6. Sea salt
